Responsibilities:Intrado is looking to hire a Technical Project Manager to join our Government Solutions team with a focus on ECaTS.
The Technical Project Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing projects from inception to completion. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting high-quality standards.
Emergency Call Tracking System (ECaTS) Analytics helps you transform 911 data into actionable insights with near real-time analytics for customized reporting options for Wireless Routing, Forecasting, MIS, Text to 911, i3 Logging, and more. Intrado’s Analytics is a high growth area for the company and the 911 industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & Management:
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation
- Monitor and track project progress, ensuring timely completion of milestones
- Team Leadership & Collaboration:
- Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, including developers, designers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members
- Resolve conflicts and provide technical guidance and support to the project team
- Risk Management & Problem Solving:
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Proactively address project issues and obstacles to keep projects on track
- Conduct post-project evaluations and identify areas for improvement
- Stakeholder Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders
- Provide regular project updates and status reports to stakeholders
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with project goals
- Quality Assurance:
- Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and are aligned with client requirements
- Oversee the development and execution of test plans and quality control procedures
- Facilitate project reviews and audits to ensure compliance with industry best practices and standards
Education:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in business administration, computer science, MIS, or a related field
- Equivalent work experience in a similar position may be substituted for educational requirements
Experience:
- 3+ years increasingly responsible project management experience required, with an emphasis on technical capabilities preferred
- 1-year experience in an Information Technology role (e.g., operations, development, support, etc.) preferred
- SaaS experience preferred
- Intermediate knowledge of SharePoint preferred
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred, or you will be required to obtain it within your first year of employment
- Intermediate knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) may be required based on departmental need
- Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required
- Advanced knowledge of MS Project required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results

The starting salary is anticipatedbetween$60,000 and $65,000 to start and will be commensurate with experience.
