About the Job
You Are:
As a Technical Project Manager, you will support the service delivery or product teams, ensuring that client needs and expectations are consistently met. You will play a key role in supporting quarterly releases of data visualizations and handling ad-hoc projects as needed. You will contribute to strategic initiatives by analyzing data, conducting research, and turning feedback into actionable plans, processes, playbooks, and presentations.
The Work:
Your responsibilities include facilitating project governance and reporting, establishing effective communication protocols, and developing key business metrics and KPIs. You'll build dashboards to track progress and monitor performance metrics, ensuring the smooth operation of technical processes. Additionally, you will develop strong relationships with agency customers, leveraging your knowledge and insights to enhance collaboration. You possess excellent communication and writing skills, thrive as a collaborative team player, and can adapt quickly to changing environments and deliverables.
Must Haves:
- Experience in technology processes and implementation.
- Demonstrates a deep understanding with Agile delivery methodologies.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience interfacing customers and systems implementation.
- Experience in global public health, specifically HIV/AIDs, and PEPFAR.

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
