Technical Project Manager

THIS ROLE REQUIRES ORACLE EBS EXPERIENCE

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth analysis to identify problems, find opportunities, and provide solutions to meet client needs.
• Lead consultations and presentations with clients from the initial scope to project delivery.
• Develop detailed business/project plans and requirements to drive small to highly complex changes/enhancements within the organization.
• Prepare strategic reports, proposals, and presentations for clients and senior management.
• Maintain a deep knowledge of industry trends, challenges, and opportunities.
• Manage projects and coordinate with other team members and stakeholders to ensure all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
• Orchestrate system testing efforts with multiple customers and stakeholders.
• Facilitate and advance technical learning sessions/modules to a digital format/environment.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Ensure client satisfaction with delivered solutions.

Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years proven experience as a Consultant or similar role within the industry.
• Proficient at data analysis, draw conclusions, and ability to solve problems with a strategic approach.
• Experience in project management and team leadership.
• Possesses a continual improvement mindset and a high level of fortitude to drive projects to completion.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Experience with Oracle EBS, Oracle Field Services
• Ability to develop strong client relationships.
• BSc degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. An MBA or related advanced degree is preferred.
