Technical Records Analyst - GA Telesis

GA Telesis is seeking an Technical Aviation Records Analyst to join and support the well-known Asset Management team in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. This individual will report to the Technical Records Manager.

Responsibilities:

•  Prepare marketing packages for individual Life Limited Parts and whole assets
•  Organize and inventory technical records; scan and file records
•  Review aircraft and engine records to ensure company assets have complete documentation in support of business and regulatory requirements
•  Work with Airline or other customers as requested with records research
•  Streamline work processes working cooperatively and jointly with team to provide quality seamless customer service
  
  

Qualifications:

•  One year of experience working in an office environment
•  Detail oriented with an eye for catching errors
•  Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
•  Ability to solve problems under pressure
•  Ability to work with limited assistance and supervision, accurately and timely
•  Intermediate or higher computer skills (MS Excel, Word and Access)
