About the Job
Looking for a technical recruiter to work our position for about 12 weeks, could turn into a hire.
Duties
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various technical positions, including software developers, engineers, data scientists, and more.
- Utilize a variety of recruiting platforms and tools, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to attract candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Conduct thorough reference checks and background screenings.
- Assist in negotiating job offers and facilitating the hiring process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in technical recruiting.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and promote a positive candidate experience.
Requirements
- Experience with technical recruiting is required.
- Experience using Microsoft suite (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint)
- Strong understanding of technical roles and the skills required for various positions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
