What your responsibilities will be:
- Seek talented individuals to take on a variety of open roles.
- Grow and foster relationships of qualified active and passive talent to pull from as new positions open.
- Work closely with front line leadership to gain a comprehensive understanding of their hiring needs for each position and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations.
- Screen resumes and prospects who qualify and interview candidates.
- Prepare candidates before meeting with hiring managers.
- Maintain the candidate experience process and update records in Applicant Tracking System.
- Partner with local community organizations to build brand awareness.
What you bring to the table:
- Excellent and flexible verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent and flexible interpersonal skills.
- Excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Able to quickly learn applicant tracking software such as workforce now ADP and other recruitment systems.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or other related software.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws regulations and company policies.
- Preform other duties as assigned.
General Qualifications/Education:
- Five years of previous recruitment or hiring experience.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant work experience is a plus.
- Three years' experience working in technology, construction, or sales a plus but not required.
