Responsibilities:
- Generate new sales with existing customers, utilizing your technical knowledge and sales skills to provide solutions that meet their needs.
- Meet with active clients to ensure they are receiving the service and quality they deserve.
- Prospect for new clients, identifying opportunities for business growth.
- Follow up on leads, turning potential opportunities into successful sales.
- Guide customer projects, providing technical advice and support to ensure successful outcomes.
- Manage accounts, maintaining strong relationships with clients and ensuring their needs are met.
Qualifications:
- A 4-year Engineering or Technical Degree is required.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of the thermoforming process is essential.
- Experience in medical packaging is highly desirable.
- 4+ years of Outside Sales experience is required.
- Proven track record in Technical Sales.
- Excellent account management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to a non-technical audience.
- Highly motivated, with a drive to achieve sales targets and business growth.
