Location: Horsham PA or RemoteĀ or PA or EST time zones candidate

The application team comprises of developers , sdet , system analyst , scrum master and is a large team of about 60 people and these are further grouped as scrum teams with 8-9 people .

In this Technical Scrum Master role, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of strategic technology products. Applicants should have a strong understanding of and hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum Methods, Java/J2ee, Webservices, Automation, etc. In addition to acting in the role of Scrum Master, the position requires close collaboration with enterprise Agile Coaches to ensure compliance with the Scrum implementation approach adopted by company. The team is mature in OSAM scaled-Agile framework and applicants will also be responsible to maintain and continue improvement on the maturity.
Scrum Master will report to the engineering manager and will assist in being a technical liaison to the non-technical stakeholder and additionally help with analysis, metrics collection, report generation and related project coordination.

- What does the interview process look like? a. How many rounds? 2 to 3 b. Video vs. phone? Video c. How technical will the interviews be? First round will be with a Scrum master and the second round will be with 2 senior members of the scrum team .
