We are seeking a dedicated and professional Parts and Technical Service Call Center Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries regarding parts and technical services, conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction, and occasionally assist with warehouse assembly tasks. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Immediate opening for a Parts and Technical Service Call Center Operator in Clackamas, OR who possesses:
- 2+ Years Customer service experience
- Professionally manage inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries related to parts, repairs, and technical services.
- Conduct follow-up cold calls to customers regarding previous orders or repairs to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and engagement.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers on part availability, order status, and technical solutions.
- Assist the warehouse team with assembly tasks when needed, contributing to overall operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and service requests in the system.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Professionally manage inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries related to parts, repairs, and technical services.
- Conduct follow-up cold calls to customers regarding previous orders or repairs to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and engagement.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers on part availability, order status, and technical solutions.
- Assist the warehouse team with assembly tasks when needed, contributing to overall operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and service requests in the system.
Compensation:
- $22 - $28/hr DOE
- 7 paid holidays annually, including the day after Thanksgiving.
- Full medical insurance (company-paid) effective the first day of the month following 30 days of employment.
- 5% non-matching contribution to your retirement plan after three years of employment.
- 1 week of paid vacation granted after the first year of employment.
- 1 week of paid sick leave granted after 90 days of employment, with the full amount paid out on the anniversary date
