What Will You Do:
Supports services including sample testing, light maintenance, customer service, service report generation, chemical ordering, chemical inventory management, and general labor activities.
Delivers chemical to customers as needed following DOT requirements
Conducts regular inventory per the customer requirements and records in appropriate place
Maintains accurate service reports, monitors the performance of equipment and informs engineers of recurring issues
Provide routine service support to Sales Reps in strategic district accounts to execute agreed upon customer system assurance and continuous improvement plans.
Engages in problem-solving by performing system analysis, interpreting data and providing written recommendations to ensure customer operations are performing at optimal levels.
Assist Sales Reps with start-ups of new applications in both existing customer and in new accounts, site surveys, product application audits and field evaluation of new products.

This position is based in Deer Park, TX
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
Possess a valid Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record

Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
Physical Demands:
Must be able to access and be comfortable with working in a variety of conditions to include confined spaces damp and/or dusty locations, freezing conditions, and hot conditions.
Must be able to physically perform the essential duties of the position which include lifting 50 lbs., stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, use hands to finger, balancing, walking, standing, talk and hear.
Preferred Qualifications:
2 years of industry experience
Associates degree or trade school certification
Demonstrated mechanical aptitude.
Basic problem-solving skills
Water treatment or specialty chemical industry experience
Working knowledge of boilers, cooling towers, and wastewater treatment systems
Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite
