About the Job
Technical Solution Manager, Itasca, Illinois. Design & develop all technical activities in implementatn/upgrade projects, from initial deploymnt of ERP software 2 post go live support. Point of contact 4 customer & projct team. Plan, coordinate & track progress of Configuratn, Reports, Integratn & Modificatn (CRIM) develpmnt activities & techncal trng. Forecast techncal resource demand & secures resources. Resolve techncal issues during projct & reports on status 2 Projct Team. Analyze user needs, tech design of CRIM items, ensuring appropriate designs are used w/each CRIM item & combinatn of all CRIM constitute a robust solutn. Ensure CRIM specificatns meet standards & are completed in timely manner. Guide customer w/security/profiles setup. Reqs: Bach degree in Software Eng or related field (will accept equivalent foreign degree) plus 2 yrs’ exp as a Software Eng designg & implementg mission critical business solutns w/IFS Cloud Develpmnt & test automatn, advanced data migratn, complex customizatns, & PL/SQL develpmnt. 50% travel reqd 2 unanticipatd customer sites.
