Parman Energy is seeking a new Technical Support Analyst to join the team! Our Technical Support Analyst is a key member of Parman's IT team and will assist in daily computer and telecommunication systems support.
Responsibilities Include:
- Installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining company computer, network, and telecommunication systems.
- Installing, training, troubleshooting, and supporting employees on computer software applications.
- Resolving computer, network, and telecommunication problems as needed including hardware and software.
- Managing special technical projects.
- Handle multiple IT requests including walk up support.
- Daily maintaining confidentiality and data integrity.
- Primary back-up for IT Manager.
- Occasionally working on task outside of normal business hours as needed.
- Adheres to all company policies and procedures as outlined in the Company's handbook and training manuals as well as company policies, procedures, and guidelines that are added and/or revised as necessary
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field is required.
- Experience with Microsoft Windows 10, Windows server 2019, 2016, 2012, 2008 R2 editions, Linux Suse.
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 Products, 365 Powershell, Microsoft Active Directory administration, and Group Policy.
- Familiarity with virtualization Hyper V, Failover Clusters, and SAN.
- Experience in TCP/IP networking, topology, routing, and switching.
- User account management across multiple platforms, data backup and recovery methods and applications, and software deployment.
- Must have strong Customer Service, communication, and documentation skills.
- Must be able to communicate well in person.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle regular interruptions with daily schedule.
- Industry certifications such as A+, Network+, MCP, MCSA, etc., preferred.
