Title: Technical Support Coordinator - Hybrid

Description:
Technical Support Coordinator
Basic Technical knowledge of Microsoft Windows – able to trouble shoot application installs, windows machine system configurations (standard cpu and laptop)
Basic Technical knowledge of PC Hardware (knowledge of CPU, monitor, basic hardware connectivity)
Basic Hardware and software application trouble shooting skills
Looking for candidates with strong empathy skills/retail background preferred
Looking for someone who has deskside support experience.
Note:
Monday – Friday for the first 3 weeks they’re with the company, in-person. Once training has been completed, they will go home and after 30 days will come back in for a week for uptraining.
2 days in the office, Monday and either Wednesday or Thursday. Work Hours are 9:30am to 6pm (Mon-Fri)
Remote must be local. TRAINING WILL BE IN PERSON
