Description/Comment:	FOCUS ON DESKSIDE SUPPORT - Store Systems Support -Technical Support Coordinator Start: ASAP Duration: 01/31/2025 (potential extension) Brand: Shared Services - Others Looking for someone who has deskside support experience. 2 days in the office, Monday and either Wednesday or Thursday. Work Hours are 9:30am to 6pm ONLY submit candidates that can convert without a fee after 90 days. **CANDIDATES NEED TO BE LOCAL, WITHIN AN HOUR AND A HALF DRIVING DISTANCE FROM MASON LOCATION*** Technical Support Coordinator - Store Systems Support REMOTE deskside support CHAT- Training will be IN PERSON! • Basic Technical knowledge of Microsoft Windows – able to trouble shoot application installs, windows machine system configurations (standard cpu and laptop) • Basic Technical knowledge of PC Hardware (knowledge of CPU, monitor, basic hardware connectivity) • Basic Hardware and software application trouble shooting skills Looking for candidates with strong empathy skills/retail background preferred Monday – Friday for the first 3 weeks they're with the company, in-person. Once training has been completed, they will go home and after 30 days will come back in for a week for uptraining. Agencies will be billed $2,000 for missing equipment	Start Time:	12:00 AM

Connection cannot be wireless***************** • The workstation should be near a wired internet connect (only 6 feet ethernet cord will be provided) • Must have a smart phone: Our remote connectivity security requires multi-factor authentication. The authentication requires the use of a smart phone app. • Only Luxottica provided hardware should be connected to the computer • Must be willing /able to come pick up equipment from the CSC and capable of setting it up at home. Normal Hours of Operation

• 8:00 AM – Midnight (M-F)
• 9:00 AM – 10 PM (SAT)
• 10:00 AM – 10 PM (SAT)

*You will work one weekend day each week, it will be the same day each week (either Saturday or Sunday) and you will be off one day Monday – Friday. – 40 hour work week. Weeks are structured Sunday – Saturday.

Monday – Friday we are open 8AM to Midnight. Saturday we are open 9AM – 10PM. Sunday we are open 10AM – 10PM. During your tenure, you may be assigned a shift within any of these hours of operation. But most commonly – your start time would be between 10AM and 11AM (this is not guaranteed). You will also work 1 weekend day (either Saturday or Sunday) each week with a day off during the week.
Training Schedule (approx. 2 weeks of training)
8:30am-5pm
Average Handling Time (AHT) GOAL : 650 seconds (just over 10 min)
