Description/Comment: | ***BACKFILL*** FOCUS ON DESKSIDE SUPPORT - Store Systems Support -Technical Support Coordinator Start: ASAP Duration: 01/31/2025 (potential extension) Brand: Shared Services - Others Looking for someone who has deskside support experience. 2 days in the office, Monday and either Wednesday or Thursday. Work Hours are 9:30am to 6pm (Mon- Fri) ONLY submit candidates that can convert without a fee after 90 days. **CANDIDATES NEED TO BE LOCAL, WITHIN AN HOUR AND A HALF DRIVING DISTANCE FROM MASON LOCATION*** Technical Support Coordinator - Store Systems Support REMOTE deskside support CHAT- Training will be IN PERSON! " Basic Technical knowledge of Microsoft Windows able to trouble shoot application installs, windows machine system configurations (standard cpu and laptop) " Basic Technical knowledge of PC Hardware (knowledge of CPU, monitor, basic hardware connectivity) " Basic Hardware and software application trouble shooting skills Looking for candidates with strong empathy skills/retail background preferred Monday Friday for the first 3 weeks they're with the company, in-person. Once training has been completed, they will go home and after 30 days will come back in for a week for uptraining. Agencies will be billed $2,000 for missing equipment |

Please ensure that all candidates meet the technology requirements -Speed Test, wired Internet. REMOTE deskside support Training will be IN PERSON! ONLY submit candidates that can convert without a fee after 90 days . Also only submit candidates with the understanding that if they do not return the LUX equipment within 10 business days after the assignment has ended, your agency will be charged $2,000 missing equipment fee.*** Bill Rate: $24.97 Pay Rate: $18.50 Duration: TTP (able to convert after 90 days without a fee) Work Location: Remote must be local to Mason, OH. TRAINING WILL BE IN PERSON! **Resumes AND pre-screen required. System Test Results required before offer is accepted Do not submit candidates that have interviewed or worked in the NACC. ****************Must meet Technical Requirements: Here's a list of requirements that will give everyone the best chance for success when recruiting, training and retaining remote associates. " The workspace should be free of outside distractions " Cables should be routed away from any walkway to avoid slip and fall hazard " Minimum internet speeds are 10 Megs download and 1 Meg upload (Instructions for Speed Test attached) " ********Connectivity to the local network is required to be via ethernet cord plugged directly into the internet router. Connection cannot be wireless***************** " The workstation should be near a wired internet connect (only 6 feet ethernet cord will be provided) " Must have a smart phone: Our remote connectivity security requires multi-factor authentication. The authentication requires the use of a smart phone app. " Only Luxottica provided hardware should be connected to the computer " Must be willing /able to come pick up equipment from the CSC and capable of setting it up at home. Equipment includes: cpu, monitor, mouse, keyboard, headset, power cord, monitor adaptor cord, 6 ft ethernet cord. *********************** **** Must be able to pick up equipment from Mason, OH - CSC * Able to work remotely with limited distractions and has an understanding of accountability and integrity. |
