Contract-to-Hire

Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and customer service for lidar products via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues by effectively diagnosing problems and providing appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution.
- Educate customers on the installation, calibration, and operation of our lidar products.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of support cases.
- Analyze customer feedback and usage data to identify potential product enhancements or improvements.
- Generate and maintain technical documentation, including troubleshooting guides and FAQs.
Requirements
- Associate degree in electrical engineering, electronics, or related field
- Proven experience in a customer service or technical support role.
- Prior experience in Lidar technology and system troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
