Technical Support Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Manage TSD team to study existing products in order to detect flaws and inconsistencies as well as pinpoint the areas of improvement.
- Manage TSD team and provide resources to do research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues.
- Supervise the team to ensure repair and refurbishment works are completed on time and meet customers’ specifications.
- Acts as advisor to TSD team regarding projects, tasks, and operations.
- Ensures projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues.
- Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
- Provide internal personnel training.
- Oversees proper staff training for department members to comply ISO requirements.
REQUIREMENTS
- B/S or M/S in Computer field majors or equivalent work experiences.
- Knowledge of management and technology of the system.
- Good inter-department and customer communication skills.
- Minimum 6 years of quality-related working experience.
- Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Salary Range: $120K- $180K DOE
