Job Title: IT Support Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Provide second-level support for end-user technical issues.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues related to various IT services.
- Handle support escalations from tier one support resources.
- Document and track support requests in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with IT teams to resolve complex issues.
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in IT or related field; Bachelor's preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in IT support roles.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems and software applications.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL) are a plus.
