Our client is looking for a contract Technical Support Specialist III for a REMOTE role.

Responsibilities
- Operates and manages storage and Virtual (VMware) infrastructure
- Monitor the estate and ensure proactive measures are taken to ensure high availability of services
- Installs or removes hardware and/or software, and associated connections, using supplied installation instructions and tools.
- Uses system management software and tools to collect agreed performance statistics. Carries out agreed system software maintenance tasks.
- Carries out agreed operational procedures, including network configuration, installation and maintenance.
- Uses network management tools to collect and report on network load and performance statistics.
- Contributes to the implementation of maintenance and installation work.
- 3 years of experience
- Monitoring of a medium to large scale infrastructure environment.
- Ability to install, configure and maintain infrastructure systems and solutions to specification.
- Basic knowledge of one or more of the following products/solutions: Hypervisor - VMware vSphere, Storage - vSAN, Recovery Services - Veeam and Zerto, Platforms - Windows Server and Linux Red Hat, End User Compute - Citrix XenApp, Networking Fundamentals - Cisco Technologies (Switches, Firewalls or Routers), SD-WAN, Aruba Networks
