Technical Support Technician - Bemana, LLC

We are recruiting for a manufacturer of domestic water booster systems and pumping packages that is looking for a technical support technician. This person will mainly be working in the office providing technical support to customers over the phone. This is a great opportunity to get out of the field. 

Job Duties:

• Available for service calls/troubleshooting throughout the day and early evening/morning, very manageable and reasonable times/hours
• Navigating a mechanical room safely
• Able to effectively communicate instructions over the phone, through photos, email, text, zoom/facetime, in person with customers
• Ability to book travel arrangements for themselves and keep records neat and organized
• Managing warranty claims and customer returns
• Desk transactions: quotations, lead times, return materials, packing slips, sales acknowledgements, emails
• Traveling one to three times a month on an as-needed basis
