Technical Trainer

Travel: 50%

Compensation: $75-95K First Year 

with Excellent Benefits Package

We are looking for a skilled instructor with a technical background to train customers on our equipment. You will work with machine tools and laser technology, covering operation, maintenance, and programming.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions for customers on the operation, maintenance, and programming of industrial equipment.
• Assess and enhance existing curriculum to boost customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the team on webinars and updates.
• Travel to customer sites in the US and internationally for training and research purposes.
• Maintain records of training schedules and personnel trained.
• Engage in projects, Continuous Improvement, and SYNCHRO activities.

Qualifications:

• Technical background with the ability to understand blueprints and schematics.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Proficiency in PC skills, including Microsoft Office.

Preferred (Not Required):

• 2-year technical school degree in Engineering or equivalent education/work experience.
• Experience in training and field service.
