Job Description
- Familiarity with Microsoft products, e.g. Outlook, Word, Power point, Visio, Project, SharePoint including ADVANCED knowledge and experience in Excel, Access, and SQL.
- Experience creating manuals, training manuals and policies and procedures relating to technology. Experience creating Frequently Asked Question (FAQ) material.
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, coordinate, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Exhibit ability to identify and define new and existing process improvement opportunities.
- Exercise strong communications, documentation, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in creating and analyzing IT operational/performance reports, queries and identifying anomalies.
- Communicate technical and non-technical information in a clear professional manner.
- Excellent data entry and typing skills (55+ WPM).
- Exceptional procedural troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of desktop hardware, operating systems, various software applications, network systems, internet services and mobile devices
