- Capture and document intricate details from Inventor drawings through meticulous screenshot capturing.
- Craft clear and concise machine manuals and documentation, ensuring seamless understanding for end-users.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather accurate information and ensure documentation aligns with project requirements.
- Continuously update and maintain existing documentation to reflect the latest changes and improvements.
- Adhere to established documentation standards and guidelines to maintain consistency and quality.
- Proofread and edit documentation to ensure accuracy, clarity, and professional presentation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in technical writing or a related field.
- Proficiency in using Autodesk Inventor or similar CAD software.
- At least 6 months of relevant design software experience is required, preference towards Autodesk Inventor.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidates may be required to provide a sample of a previously created manual during the interview process.
