Job Description:
- Collect business requirements and translate them into concise, clear technical requirements.
- Work with primary equipment suppliers to determine key product specifications that define performance criteria.
- Work with development engineers and managers to collect and incorporate comments and feedback.
- Create technical product requirements documents, test process documents, playbooks, and reports.
- Organize and manage documentation release process.
- Participate in product development calls and occasional visits with project teams and suppliers.
- Engineering Background.
- Tech Writing.
- Cable Background.
- VISIO.
- EPON Knowledge is a bonus.
