About the Job
Clients Procurement is looking for a collaborative, team-focused, Technical Writer and Publisher with phenomenal interpersonal skills that can work across the domain and technology departments.
The Procurement Project Mgmt Office defines, maintains and ensures project management standards across our organization. Responsible for managing projects, keeping them on track, and providing status.? The Centralized Learning Platform project, a project managed by the Procurement PMO, is developing an on-demand job aid repository related to Procurement functions.
Top must haves:
-Seasoned or mid-level experience Technical Writer (3+ years of experience)
-Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) – Assets Guides
-Experience in taking created content and publishing it.
-Migrate out of Word into the tool
-The Technical Writer, Procurement Support position is a key role within the Fidelity Procurement team. The position is responsible for the creation and publishing of documentation for technical procedures and reference guides used by the Procurement team. The Writer participates in documentation projects that combine synthesis of complex information into simplified, easily-understood reference materials, while maintaining a rigorous quality control review process and adhering to publishing deadlines.
Nice to have:
We are looking for individuals with a can-do attitude, who can quickly become proficient at publishing content within the AEM tool, coordinate with our subject matter experts as needed and have strong attention to detail.

This role contributes to improvements across our organization in terms of people, process and technology. The project is our number one priority and is an opportunity to expand the candidate's skills and network across many domains.
