About the Job
Responsibilities
1-Drive investigation of Deviations in Supply Chain by collaborating with peers and internal customers (e.g., Manufacturing, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, IT, Warehouse, and Manufacturing Shared Services).
2-Translate and/or write technical business requirements which are compliant, efficient, and effective in QMS.
3-Coordinate meetings and presentations with leadership/peers and internal customers to ensure business requirements are met for any Supply Chain activities.
4-Develop and maintain technical training material and provide training to users for Infinity System in Supply Chain/Warehouse.
5-Collaborate with Scheduling, ERP, Warehouse and other Supply Chain functions to continuously improve and find effective ways to maintain compliance through work practice, standard operating procedures and work instructions.
6-Understand manufacturing processes and the implementation within the Quality systems at site.
Skills and Experience
1-Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university preferred
2-An equivalent combination of education, experience and training may substitute.
3-2 years relevant work experience required, preferably in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment including technical writing or Quality/Supply Chain role.
4-A year of experience with project coordination and cross-functional team leadership preferred.
