Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Position Summary: The Maintenance Technician performs routine preventive maintenance to ensure safety, functionality, and aesthetics of facilities and equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of facilities and equipment.
• Follow established preventive maintenance schedules and guidelines.
• Clean, repair, and replace fixtures as needed.
• Document maintenance activities and report issues to management.
