Job Type: Full-time

Technician Trainee Job Duties:

• Take direction from a lead technician on proper IICRC standards for Restoration.
• Carry equipment up to 75 lbs. from a vehicle into a home.
• Be able to use hand tools such as drills, drywall knives, hammers, pry-bars, etc.
• Be willing to take part in classroom and on-the-job training.
• Rotating on-call week/weekends where you are to answer, respond, and perform all above duties during after-hours for emergency calls.

Additional Duties

• In addition to the description listed above, you will also be responsible for the following:
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
• Be available to work the same schedule as your lead technician.

Candidates must possess the following Skills/Characteristics:

• High school or equivalent (Required)
• Strong Communication, both written and verbal.
• Positive "Can-Do" attitude.
• Ability to use and handle computer/tablet/smart phone
• Ability to work both within a team, and independently.
• MUST have a valid driver’s license
• MUST have own transportation to get to/from shop daily

Experience:
