Techno-functional OTM Applications Support Analyst at VTAL TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS LLC

Seeking an experienced Techno-functional OTM Applications Support Analyst to join our client, a leading vehicle performance products company, to ensure the smooth operation of the company's OTM system. 

This is a hybrid position (3 days per week in-office) based in Chicago, IL. 

• The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience, with deep technical expertise in OTM, including setup configuration, order management, and bulk planning, combined with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• This role requires a "customer-first" attitude to provide both technical and functional support to users, resolving issues, delivering training, and contributing to OTM implementations.
