As a Lead Solutions Analyst in Corporate & Investment Bank in Securities Services, you will play a central role in driving the success of our technical program delivery. Your deep understanding of applications, platforms, and products will position you as a key bridge between product owners, business, operations, and software developers. Utilizing advanced analytical reasoning and technical fluency, you will translate complex business requirements into well-structured and technically feasible solutions. You will make data-informed decisions and provide strategic insights to support key business initiatives. As a technical subject matter expert, you'll navigate ambiguity, manage change effectively, and communicate compellingly with diverse stakeholder audiences to ensure the highest quality and professionalism in service delivery.

Job responsibilities
- Lead the elicitation, documentation, and validation of business and data flow requirements, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations and technical feasibility
- Model the design and implementation of technical solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and infrastructure ensuring alignment with strategic principles such as re-use, simplification, and scalability.
- Utilize advanced data analytics techniques to extract insights from large, diverse datasets, driving data-informed decision-making and supporting key business initiatives
- Mentor and guide team members in the application of technical writing and analytical reasoning skills, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
- Partner with business product teams on the multi-year strategy for investment initiatives - this can be a one year out view (ahead of budget cycle) or a multiple year view at the start of long-dated programs of work.
- Impact assess business change initiatives to clarify applications and processes that require build and testing
- Define and document end-to-end architecture designs, ensuring alignment with strategic principles such as re-use, simplification, and scalability. Project management oversight of deliverables & resources across many different technology teams across the front to back application stack.
- Own the E2E solution design across the front to back application stack. This will require the creation of design documents such as sequence diagrams, specs by example, etc. that traverse through a flow and clarify system functions and data.
- Define and track the end-to-end build, testing, and implementation timeline across all applications. Conduct test driven analysis to investigate differences between new vs existing system processing. Manage testing cycles and help resolving cross functional design and build issue and manage technology and business stakeholders
- Assess ability to meet process SLAs across AD teams
- Provide regular updates to senior management in Technology, Operations, or Securities Service Business Product organizations
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in solutions analysis, technical program delivery, or a related field
- Strong background of understanding the end-to-end trade securities and cash processing lifecycle (including instruction capture, transaction processing, settlements, books and records accounting, asset servicing, regulatory requirements, and client reporting)
- Ability to understand and clarify business requirements
- Ability to construct and ratify cross application architecture and detailed solutions specifications
- Strong project management skills: experience of full project life-cycle, including breaking requirements down into technical deliverables, estimating the work required, and building detailed project plans
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills as well as analytical/problem-solving skills
- Confidence in communicating internally at all levels; candidate will be dealing with Product, Operations and Technology teams daily who are both business and technically sophisticated
- Good judgement, risk assessment, and escalation skills
- Proactive, self-motivated, and flexible with a positive attitude and excellent teamwork.
- Strong time management: efficient at multi-tasking and able to work under pressure to deliver multiple business demands on-time, to a high-level standard
- Experience in working with application development teams during build and implementation phases and in writing UAT Test Plans and/or Test Scripts, together with managing the user testing phase of projects
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Sound understanding of technology stack within financial services industry.
- Ability to contribute in an "Individual Contributor" capacity.
- Experience in Custody, ETF products.
