• Permanent US work authorization without the need for sponsorship now, or in the future (The company does not provide sponsorship for employment visa status. Students currently in the country on CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT require future sponsorship).
• Have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher, which is reflective of all college coursework
• Be currently enrolled and pursuing a bachelor's, master's, PhD, or MD degree
• Masters/PhD/MD students must have earned undergraduate degree after May 2023
• For Bachelor level students, by start date, must be considered a sophomore or above
• Ability to work full time (40 hours a week during regular working business hours) for the full term. Planned dates of April 1, 2024 through September 20, 2024
• Commit to an April 1, 2024 start date
• Have a passion for a career in technology
• Preferred fields include Information Management, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering / Development, Data Science, Cybersecurity, Graphic Design or Mathematics.

The anticipated base pay for this position is between $24.00/hour and $32.00/hour, but will be based on candidate's program year, discipline, degree and/or experience. This position is overtime eligible. Co-ops may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs such as medical insurance, sick time, and holiday pay in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
