About the Job
Join our team as a Technology and Consulting Services (TCS) Capture Manager and take the helm in driving comprehensive solutions to our clients' most complex challenges. You will provide capture leadership and spearhead initiatives to deliver structured win strategy support across all major pursuits. Your role is pivotal in institutionalizing the process, artifacts, and best practices that underpin our success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Capture Initiatives: Guide the development and implementation of win strategies for top pursuits, ensuring alignment with client needs and company objectives.
• Process Institutionalization: Embed standardized processes and best practices into the organization's DNA, enhancing our competitive edge.
• Team Building: Assemble and represent a diverse, high-caliber team dedicated to crafting, designing, and executing win strategies that lead to successful proposals.
• Strategy Optimization: Continuously refine our approach to capture management, ensuring our proposals are effective, competitive, and victorious.
• Inspire Excellence: Foster an environment that motivates and develops a diverse team, empowering them to excel in every phase of the capture process.
Qualifications:
• Federal technology experience with proven experience in capture management and proposal leadership within the Federal Civilian market.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful win strategies with acquisitions and solutions in the Federal information technology, cybersecurity, digital and cloud mission market areas.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high-performing, diverse teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of inspiring and motivating team members.
• Strategic thinker with an analytical mindset and problem-solving capabilities.

Minimum Requirements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Due to federal requirements, candidates must possess US Citizenship to be considered.
- This position will require some travel (10%). Access to the DC metro area is preferred.
- 10+ years of related experience in the following required:
- Experience with Project Management, systems or business analysis, solution architecture, operations/sales/capture management, and creating/executing pursuit strategy.
- Experience with management of matrixed small and large teams.
- Experience with Shipley foundation in capture or business development practices preferred.

Pay Transparency
Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards. Additionally, Maximus provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
