Responsibilities:
- Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Systems Operations Engineering and contribute to large-scale planning related to Systems Operations Engineering deliverables
- Review and analyze moderately complex Systems Operations Engineering challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
- Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Systems Operations Engineering deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Collaborate with client personnel in Systems Operations Engineering
- support the Archiving and Compliance team which is responsible for day-to-day maintenance, functionality and support of the system of record for electronic communications
- Provides support for technical issues and initiatives related to large scale enterprise applications, systems, databases and technical products with a heavy emphasis on compliance and regulatory work in a fast-paced production environment
Requirements:
- 4+ years of Systems Engineering or Technology Architecture experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education
- Experience with process optimization through automation using a variety of tools to build and implement solutions that are scalable, reusable and robust from inception to completion in a production environment
- A detail-oriented problem solver who demonstrates strong analytical and decision-making skills who can collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders on understanding the requirements and use cases and translating them into an effective technical solution
Desired Skills:
- PowerShell Scripting
- Batch Scripting
- MS-SQL, Oracle, and T-SQL query writing experience
- Certificate Management experience
- Java or Tomcat experience
- Compliance, Archiving, or eDiscovery application experience
- SSRS Reporting
- Service Now and/or database change management (Liquibase) experience
- SRE experience
