SWCA Environmental Consultants seeks a Technology Logistics Coordinatorfor a dynamic role that challenges you to support our employees by organizing, deploying, tracking, and providing basic setup and support for technology products and services. This position plays a key role in daily Technology operations, working with Technology support, Practice Technology, Procurement/asset management, and project-specific teams.
This is a full-time, salaried position with benefits. This person will report to the Broomfield, CO office and may be considered for a hybrid schedule.

What you will accomplish:- Participate in various deployments of technology to new users and refreshing devices for existing users, initially focusing on tablet devices.
- Keep track of project plans, shipping, device activation and preparation, asset assignment, asset returns, assets moving from one work location to another, and coordinate with other Technology and SWCA Corporate teams to update records.
- Work with Support and Infrastructure teams to troubleshoot and permanently resolve issues and standardize solutions.
- Collaborate with Technology teams to identify opportunities for technology enhancements and upgrades.
- Ensure completion of Technology documentation for your logistics area and coordinate with peers and trainers to spread awareness and knowledge.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to align asset and logisticsmethodologies with Technology and business objectives.
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in related field
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role
- Familiarity with technology hardware and software, including laptops, tablets, and tools such as Microsoft Office and the Apple Store.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Capability to deliver excellent customer service while operatingin a fast moving and dynamic environment.

A Logistics Coordinator in thisposition can expect a salary rate of $57,876.00- $70,980.00/yr.. Actual pay within this range may depend on experience, qualifications, geographic location, client requirements where applicable, and other factors permitted by law.
