About the Job
As a TSD Web Support team member you will be required to assist all corporate and non-corporate Pilot and CMS employees with first level Web Support using the highest level of customer service.
Responsibilities:• Manage all email requests that come in via Service Desk ticketing System
• Responsible for creating tickets via ServiceDesk and monitor tickets in unassigned queue
• Responsible for OneLogin Password Reset and setup of multifactor authentication
• Troubleshooting error messages within the Pilot Portal and other apps
• Triage Service Desk tickets for the Reporting, Project Management , and Communications team
• Work closely with Project management team, Developers, Pilot Services On Demand, and TSD Helpdesk
• Create Jira Cards for Project management team and the developers. Subjects including Reporting, Catalayst, PSOD, and internal applications
• Level 1 support to troubleshoot error messages and collect needed information to communicate with PMO team
• Answer all phone calls that come through the Web Support line
The candidate must meet the following criteria:
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Associates Degree or higher preferred
• 3+ years of related experience
• Experience using Windows 10, and the Microsoft Office Suite
• Must have a strong understanding of technologies, practices, and trends
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Writing, editing, and documentation skills
• Ability to work as a team or on individual projects
• Must be highly disciplined, self-starter, and leader with the ability to execute on assignments independently, and effectively
• Must have good organization, presentation and exceptional time management skills
• Must have excellent customer service skills and be able to interact with individuals from all levels of the organization
