Job Title: Technology Specialist - IT Service, Support and Operations
Work Location: El Segundo
Contract duration: 6–12 months
Job Description:
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 4–6 years relevant experience in Sports Operations.
- Must have a good general understanding of all Sports (MLB, NBA, NFL, NHL, Soccer, Cricket, GOLF, Tennis, as well as other professional sports)
- Must be flexible to support day, evening, and overnight shifts, to include weekends and holidays
- Experience in Media distribution or other related industry in operations or continuous improvement
- Knowledge of video processing components, Broadcast and Streaming operations
- Experience with troubleshooting, systems analysis, and data analysis
- Knowledge of ITIL (Incident / Problem / Change management) practices
- Experience with event-based monitoring and navigation of tools (such as ServiceNow, Moogsoft, Ineoquest, etc.) to analyze and identify faults
- Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and make decisions and work under high stress situations
- Attention to detail and completing work with high degree of accuracy
