Technology Support Specialist II - Hansen Talent Group

Hansen Talent Group is hiring a Technology Support Specialist II to work with a large enterprise in Columbia, SC.  (Afterhours, nights/weekends required)

• Handle inbound calls and basic troubleshooting (unlocks, resets, clearing cache).
• Resolve routine to moderately complex technical issues, documenting solutions.
• Update processes as technology evolves

Qualifications:

• Remote tech support or call center experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic problem-solving and technical troubleshooting abilities.
• Understanding of business systems and processes.
