Key Responsibilities:
- Provide inbound phone support and assist with basic troubleshooting tasks, such as unlocks, resets, and clearing cache/cookies
- Deliver excellent customer service and support to end-users
- Collaborate with team members to resolve technical issues
Skills & Qualifications:
- Ability to obtain a low-level U.S. security clearance, which requires a thorough background screening and U.S. citizenship
- Strong communication skills
- Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Team-player with a customer-centric approach
Education/Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field OR
- Associate degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
***This is for an after hours position. Would need to be willing to work nights and/or weekends indefinitely***Hours employee will potentially be asked to work - Must be flexible Saturday - Tuesday 8am - 6:30pm Friday - Sunday 5:30pm - 7am Monday - Wednesday 5:30pm - 7am***
The hourly range for this position is $23.78. Actual compensation will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, and qualifications.
