Job Responsibilities:
- Perform in-depth audits and reconciliation of telecom and data networking service orders and change activity, against vendor records, billing and corporate-wide financial objectives.
- File carrier disputes when warranted.
- Manage order tracking, expense monitoring and allocation of cost and credits for network activity, across multiple business units.
- Liaison to telecom and network suppliers on behalf of Client
Skills and Experience Required:
Required
- 3+ years of experience in Telecom Expense Mgmt. analyst role
- Able to perform in-depth audits and reconciliation of telecom and data networking service orders and change activity, against vendor records, billing and corporate-wide financial objectives.
- Ability to file carrier disputes when warranted.
- Able to manage order tracking, expense monitoring and allocation of cost and credits for network activity, across multiple business units.
- Able to act as a liaison to telecom and network suppliers on behalf of Client
Education:
- Bachelor's degree required; relevant, equivalent work experience may be substituted for degree requirement
