Description:
Key Responsibilities: Manage and troubleshoot the company's Cisco Call Manager phone system, including 500-1,000 users Support and manage the transition to a Cisco WebEx hosted solution Troubleshoot networking issues, swap batteries in UPS units, and install wireless access points Assist with other IT-related tasks as needed Required Qualifications: 2-3 years of experience in a similar network support role Proficient in managing and troubleshooting VoIP systems, including analog telephone adapters (ATAs) and gateways Experience with Cisco Call Manager and Cisco WebEx Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Willingness to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 45 pounds Preferred Qualifications: 1-2 relevant certifications (e.g., Cisco, CompTIA) Experience in a large enterprise environment (500-1,000 users) Familiarity with fax troubleshooting and cabling/wiring

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- Cisco Call Manager - If possible, Cisco WebEx Dedicated Instance supporting at least 500 users - Has experience migrating from one telephone system to another. - Experience working with analog telephone adapter (ATA) and gateways. - Additional experience with Cisco and/or Dell switch networking experience. - Ability to lift 45 pounds to chest height. - Ability to climb a ladder to install wireless access points - Ability to crawl under a desk to install and setup equipment. - Prefer stronger experience in telecom, yet will need to perform other duties as network engineer.
