Through our partnership with our clients, we have been able to assist in the growth and expansion of telecommunications all over the Pacific Northwest area.
With our closing goals approaching quickly, we have set our intentions high to close out the quarter strong and set ourselves up with some good momentum going into this next season. That is why we are currently looking to expand our Customer Service Sales team by adding a Telecommunications Customer Service Associate. Our newest team member will receive hands-on training from experienced members of our Telecommunications Customer Service Associate Team to understand the full scope of the position. Once mastery is displayed, there will be opportunities for further training and advancement. A Telecommunications Customer Service Associate Will:
Work directly with client customers to answer questions, ease concerns, overcome objections, and close sales when necessary
Follow all client compliance and CDC guidelines when interacting with customers, keeping the safety of all at the forefront of focus
Master all client product and service knowledge to educate customers
Be trained by experienced members of the Sales Team to be able to master the entry-level aspect of the role
Attend daily Telecommunications Customer Service Associate team meetings and training sessions to consistently stay up to speed
Work closely with other Telecommunications Customer Service Associates to achieve sales goals
