Responsibilities:- Researches, analyzes, develops, and tests communications systems and equipment, including but not limited to networks, data links, VTC audio and video connections. Scheduling, troubleshooting and facilitation of video and audio conferences.
- Prepares procedural documentation.
- Responsible for documenting procedures and developing SOP’s.
- Provide user training to include one-on-one training as required.
- Develop strong communications and working relationships with other support teams
- Associate degree or 2 years of equivalent relevant professional experience.
- Additional training, certification, and/or years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
- Experience with Microsoft Windows 10; MS Office applications including Outlook, Teams and SharePoint.
- Ability to organize, prioritize and meet deadlines while actively documenting all work performed via designated ticketing system (ServiceNow preferred).
- Team player.
- Outstanding Customer Service skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-starter requiring minimal supervision.
- Able to take proactive measures to prevent problems rather than reactive by nature
