Responsibilities
+ Researches, analyzes, develops, and tests communications systems and equipment, including but not limited to networks, data links, VTC audio and video connections. Scheduling, troubleshooting and facilitation of video and audio conferences.
+ Prepares procedural documentation.
+ Responsible for documenting procedures and developing SOP’s.
+ Provide user training to include one-on-one training as required.
+ Develop strong communications and working relationships with other support teams
Qualifications
+ Associate degree or 2 years of equivalent relevant professional experience.
+ Additional training, certification, and/or years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
+ Experience with Microsoft Windows 10; MS Office applications including Outlook, Teams and SharePoint.
+ Ability to organize, prioritize and meet deadlines while actively documenting all work performed via designated ticketing system (ServiceNow preferred).
+ Team player.
+ Outstanding Customer Service skills.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Self-starter requiring minimal supervision.
+ Able to take proactive measures to prevent problems rather than reactive by nature
