Telecommunications Field Engineers – USA - Entegro

Overview:

We are looking for experienced Field Engineers to work on a long term and prestigious project based in Miami.

Key requirements are:

• Installation and configuration of telecoms electronics and equipment SDH/DWDM/IP/PDU/ODF/Patch Panels)
• Installation of fibre patch/jumper cable
• Experienced with DWDM/SDH Field Testing (BER, Optical Loss measurement, etc...)
• Link Testing, Span Testing
• Experience working in third party colocation sites
• Audit of ODF, Telecom equipment, ports, labels
• Working out of hours if required (Cutover or Migration)
• Must have own vehicle
• Motivated, enthusiastic, and trustworthy are key requirements
• Able to think outside the box when required
• Happy to work in a face paced and changing environment
• Vendor equipment: ALU, Ciena, Infinera, Nortel, Cisco, Huawei, Tellabs
