About the Job
- Assists in the operational delivery of the health system's direct-to-consumer and direct-to patient virtual care platforms. Reviews daily visit volume reports and report any issues with the program platforms. Responsible for ongoing support to clinic staff for recommended virtual visit workflows.
- Works with outside vendors as needed to maintain and advance virtual delivery of care to current and new patients. Works with internal department and clinical stakeholders to ensure quality of virtual care delivery.
- Develops education and onboarding materials for new providers. Onboards new providers to relevant virtual care platforms.
- Updates Digital Health leadership on specific performance metrics and reports. Documents projects, help define key performance indicators and enterprise level measurement, working with analytics and reporting software.
- Provides support, service recovery for users and medical providers, and manage patient/consumer surveys.

LEVEL OF EDUCATION
Minimum: Bachelor's degree
CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Minimum: Telehealth certificate
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
Minimum: Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint, as well as online communication tools such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom.
Preferred: Epic Systems experience/certification, Epic Video implementation, familiarity or proficiency with Power BI. Web development and design, social media marketing experience.
YEARS OF RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE
Minimum: Two (2) years experience in healthcare field.
Preferred: Non-profit, digital media, communications experience. Professional virtual health care experience.
