Salary Range: $3000.00 - $5500.00 per month

Responsibilities
Outbound Calls: Make cold calls to potential clients, introducing them to our range of insurance products and services.
Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the various insurance policies offered by Allstate The Sturtevant Agency to provide accurate information to potential customers.
Customer Engagement: Engage with prospects professionally, maintaining a positive and inviting tone during all interactions.
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads for further follow-up by the sales team.
Data Entry: Accurately document conversations and client information in the system for future reference.
Follow-Up: Schedule follow-up appointments for interested prospects to ensure ongoing engagement and customer interest.
Requirements
Experience: Prior experience in telemarketing or sales is advantageous.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade clients.
Customer Service: A strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with clients and handle rejections constructively.

Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the Albuquerque, New Mexico area is a plus.
