Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Telemarketer to join our team. In this role, your primary focus will be setting appointments for our sales team and getting our foot in the door with potential customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive yet empathetic approach, and a strong desire to contribute to our sales efforts by generating quality leads.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers, introducing CGC Water Treatment's products and services.
Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and schedule appointments for our sales team.
Maintain a professional and positive demeanor, ensuring a high level of customer engagement.
Achieve daily and weekly targets for calls and appointments set.
Update and manage customer information in our CRM system accurately.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless handoffs and follow-ups on leads.
Provide feedback to the team on customer insights and any recurring trends observed during calls.
Qualifications & Abilities:
Proven experience in telemarketing, appointment setting, or a similar role.
Strong phone communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Persuasive yet customer-focused approach, with the ability to handle objections effectively.
Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
A passion for serving people and contributing to the success of the sales team.
Ability to work independently while being a strong team player.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
The work environment is a fast-paced office setting that requires sitting for extended periods.
Ability to handle repetitive tasks and maintain focus during high call volumes.

Competitive hourly wage based on experience, with commission opportunities, starting at $17/hr.
