Position Overview:
At IYIA Miami, we are committed to offering an unforgettable dining experience that blends culinary excellence with unparalleled hospitality. As a Telemarketer, you will be the voice of our restaurant, engaging with potential and existing customers to showcase what makes IYIA unique. Your role will be essential in driving guest reservations, promoting special events, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent communication.
In this role, you will connect with the vibrant Miami community by introducing IYIA’s Mediterranean cuisine, highlighting our affordability, and sharing the lifestyle experience we offer. You will actively support our marketing efforts, helping us expand our reach and foster lasting relationships with guests who are looking for exceptional dining in the heart of Midtown Miami.
Success in this position will require strong communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a genuine passion for hospitality. You will work alongside a dedicated team to ensure that every guest interaction reflects the high standards of service that define IYIA Miami.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce IYIA Miami and its offerings.
- Provide information about our menu, special events, promotions, and reservations.
- Maintain a detailed database of customer information and interactions.
- Handle inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to meet business objectives.
- Deliver outstanding customer service with every interaction, enhancing our reputation.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in telemarketing or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle objections and maintain a positive attitude.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with the Miami hospitality or dining scene is a plus.
