Savard is hiring Telemarketers in our Corporate Sales Dept. Located in Baton Rouge, LA for job #14066.
Environment: SAVARD provides nationwide Staffing/Consulting services in the commercial, industrial, and marine environments. We are looking for detail oriented, independent, self motivated, fast paced individuals in our Corporate Sales Dept. (Telemarketing Sales department)
Working with a team of individuals to generate customer contact, both new and pre existing.
Job Scope/ Duties:
Telemarketing is business to business contact to determine interest in our services.
Will be generating constant, heavy volume phone sales. You will be calling on customers, adjusting sales approaches, determining a need, and logging information in our computer system.
Requirements:
- Must have TWO years + of telemarketing experience, preferably calling on businesses not individuals
- Must be okay making 250 outbound calls during a work day. Heavy individual outbound call volume required daily as well as responsibility for meeting group production goals.
- Cold calling and Follow up calls with Potential and Active Clients
- Able to learn and follow our structured work flows
- Comfortable with computers & able to navigate between programs quickly
- Professional communication skills are a must. Strong phone etiquette/grammar
- Understand the sales approach and "closing language"
- Additional training provided
- Must be willing to learn Google G Suite applications (Mail, Calendar, Meet, Sheets, Docs, Slides)
Shifts: Full time
- Mon - Friday 8 - 5pm

Pay:
$8-$16, plus bonuses based on individual performance.
*Goal must be hit consisting of 250 contacts, Daily
