Job Summary
The Telemetry Monitor Technician is responsible foraccurate record keeping, observation of monitors and prompt reporting of cardiac rhythm changes. As the Patient Care Technician, individual will interface with visitors, patients, family, and physicians on phone and in person for Baylor Scott & White Surgical Hospital at Fort Worth and Baylor Scott & White Surgical Hospital Outpatient Center.

Required Skills
High school diploma or equivalent
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Certified Patient Care Technician (PCT), Medical Assistant (MA) Certification, or equivalent
Monitor Tech Certification, or completion of a basic dysrhythmias course with documented competencies
BLS Required
Minimum one (1) year experience in a hospital setting preferred
